Prerequisite:

• Expertise in Power Bi for data visualization is required, including Star schema implementation and more precisely –
• Proficiency with DAX formulaso  Ability to create calculated tables/columns, measures, and apply conditional formatting
• Skills in Power Query for data transformationo  Knowledge of using layers, and bookmarks for navigation
• Experience with managing multiple data connections and gateways·
• Must have high level SQL Query written skills for RDBMS/No-SQL/Hive/Big Data/Metadata.
• Must be good at Data normalization, Query Optimization, Process Optimization, Memory Utilization.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst/Engineer to join our team. This role is a combination of Data Analytical and Engineering skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large and complex datasets to provide insights and recommendations that drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify key business questions and requirements, design and execute data analyses, and communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate also needs to have experience on building report, dashboard, data pipeline/ETL for data analytics operations. Must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in the data and data Models.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines/ETL to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of data.
• Conduct ad hoc data analyses to answer specific business questions and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments and analyze results to inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and track progress towards business goals.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
• Having knowledge is Python, Panda library, PySpark package using Anaconda environment will be big advantage.
• Prepare Product Documentation for End Users
• Other duties as assigned
