Responsibilities & Context

Creative Design & Execution:

• Lead the design and execution of high-quality visual materials, including branding, digital assets, marketing materials, and UX/UI projects.

• Develop innovative concepts and designs that align with the company’s vision and client needs.

Team Leadership:

• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Provide constructive feedback to elevate design outputs and support team growth.

Collaboration:

• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering, etc.) to understand project objectives and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Communicate design concepts clearly through presentations, sketches, and prototypes.

Brand Development:

• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms and mediums.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines in all design outputs.

Innovation & Trends:

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into workflows and designs.
• Proactively suggest ideas to enhance creative strategies and user experiences.
