Education

Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry
Additional Requirements
- Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
- Well conversant with IT equipment.
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for dynamic talent as Senior Designer / Designer – Fashion Design & Development in the Design & Development Department at Woven Shirt / Sweater Factory.
Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.
- Design & develop by own research and following the buyer’s trends.
- Make co-creation & collection design.
- Producing concepts by analyzing trends and target consumers.
- Making graphics/sketches by hand or on the computer.
- Ensure work on the sweater trend Report/client Mood/market Intel as Buyer’s development program/upcoming seasonal development.
- Follow-up and confirm quality products through multiple processes (pattern, strike-off, yarn, knit down, and mockup)
- Attend trade shows and industry events to gain inspiration, network with industry professionals, and stay informed about the latest industry developments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sampling, merchandising, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the display room for the buyer’s visit.
- Provide proper documentation and reporting of work.
- Perform all other special tasks as assigned by the management.
