Responsibilities & Context

We, BitChip Digital, are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with a deep understanding of paid and organic strategies. This role will spearhead marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. You’ll have the autonomy to create, execute, and optimize campaigns that resonate with our target audience, grow our brand, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facebook Marketing: Manage Facebook ad campaigns end-to-end—strategy, implementation, optimization, and reporting.

• Develop and implement free marketing strategies to grow our Facebook presence and engagement.

• Google Ads: Develop, launch, and optimize Google ad campaigns across Search, Display, and other formats to generate high-quality leads.

• Social Media Marketing: Create and manage social media campaigns on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Implement organic strategies to grow followers, engage audiences, and foster communities. Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Content & Creative: Collaborate with designers and creators to produce compelling ad creatives and engaging organic content. Contribute ideas for content topics, campaigns, and storytelling angles that align with the brand’s goals.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to improve campaigns and achieve optimal results continually.
