Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO, preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, shopping, and remarketing networks, with a track record of driving ecommerce sales and achieving performance goals.
  • Strong proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, including audience targeting, ad creative optimization, and campaign performance analysis, with a proven ability to generate positive ROI.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building strategies.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz for keyword research, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to drive campaign optimization and performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and data-driven insights clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
  • Google Ads certifications and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on driving ecommerce sales through effective management of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO campaigns.
  • Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, shopping, and remarketing networks to increase product visibility, drive website traffic, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Create, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking, to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings and visibility for relevant product categories and target keywords.
  • Implement technical SEO best practices to enhance website performance, crawlability, and indexability, including optimization of product pages, category pages, and site structure.
  • Monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the ecommerce team to develop and implement landing page optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience for key product categories and promotions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in digital marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO, and proactively recommend strategies to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, merchandising, and creative to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
