Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of digital marketing strategies, execution, and performance growth across multiple platforms.
- Strategy Development:
Craft complete multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to business goals.
Plan and execute full-funnel strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
- Advertising Expertise:
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with strong focus on ROI.
Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) for lead generation and conversions.
Create and manage LinkedIn Ads for B2B marketing and lead nurturing.
Retargeting strategies for maximum conversion uplift.
- Sales Funnel Building:
Build and optimize high-converting sales funnels (lead magnets, nurturing emails, retargeting campaigns).
Create automation flows to maximize customer journey efficiency.
- Content Strategy & Planning:
Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly, high-performing content aligned with marketing goals.
Guide the content calendar to support paid campaigns and organic growth.
- Data Analysis, Tracking, and Reporting:
Set up KPIs and track performance across all campaigns.
Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and custom dashboards to measure success.
Deliver regular detailed performance reports with strategic insights and future recommendations.
