Responsibilities & Context
Position: Senior Education Counsellor UK/Denmark/Sweden/USA
Location: NWC Education, Chattogram
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
✓ Provide in-depth counseling to students regarding higher education opportunities abroad.
✓ Guide students through the application, visa, and enrollment process for various universities and programs.
✓ Build strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
✓ Address student concerns and ensure a seamless counseling experience.
✓ Achieve monthly/quarterly student enrollment targets.
✓ Develop and implement strategies to convert inquiries into enrollments.
✓ Stay updated on various countries’ education trends, university policies, and visa regulations.
✓ Share insights with the team and adapt counseling strategies accordingly.
✓ Assist students in preparing documents for admission, scholarships, and visas.
✓ Regularly follow up with students and universities to ensure smooth processing.
✓ Work closely with destination managers, team leads, and other counselors.
✓ Provide mentorship to junior counselors and assist in training programs.
✓ Represent NWC Education in education expos, seminars, and workshops.
✓ Conduct information sessions for prospective students.
Qualifications
✓ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
✓ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in education counseling or a similar field.
✓ Proven track record of achieving enrollment targets.
Skills:
✓ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✓ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Benefits
