Responsibilities & Context
- Manage a team of Counselors
- Provide expert counselling to students regarding study options abroad (UK, Malta, Hungary, Russia, Europe, China, Malaysia)
- Guide students through the admission, application, and visa processes
- Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth application processing
- Conduct daily calls and follow-ups to identify potential students
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student applications
- Stay updated on visa regulations, university admission criteria, and program offerings.
Skills & Expertise
Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.
Good Communicator
MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
