Responsibilities & Context
- To consult with the students face-to-face, over the phone, or online regarding admission procedures for the USA & Australia.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills with our clients. Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as per required students’ necessary documents, received emails, and application process.
- Keeping up to date with immigration laws for the USA and Australia.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and other relevant information using our CRM system.
- Guide students through the university (USA & Australia) application process, including assistance with document preparation, application submission, and visa procedures.
- Helping students with their personal statement.
- Have knowledge about the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement.
