- Advanced knowledge in computer software including MS Word, Excel & Projects.
Responsibilities & Context
- Generate queries from various sources like corporate houses, public sector companies, private companies, individual, govt. organizations as per sales activities.
- Raise Project Information Forms (PIF) to design and estimate based on the customers’ requirements.
- Assess the cost of project.
- Prepare technical proposals/offers for customers.
- Coordinate with customers to get proper drawings.
- Follow up design team for AB drawing/Approval drawing/detail drawing
- Coordinate with erection team and follow-up erection work to meet deadline.
- Develop new markets, build relations with customers and provide prompt service to customers
- Visit project sites as and when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and generate various periodic reports.
