Additional Requirements

• Basic knowledge of cement manufacturing technology and equipment and process.
• Knowledge of Breakdown and deterioration analysis , wear protection technology , Reliability engineering ,Wear Debris technology , Improvement methodology and modern trends in inspection and monitoring , FEMA , Data provided by production sensor ( CIM 21 ,PI)
• Knowledge of detection technique through Vibration analysis , Condition monitoring technique , NDT & potential measurement method .
• Knowledge of Plant CMMS (MAXIMO/SAP), scheduling software MS Project , preventive maintenance methods, maintenance filling methods .
• Knowledge of lubricant properties and lubrication methods
• Ability design Inspection and trend recording/monitoring formats , preventive and predictive inspection formats ,
• Analytical skills & reasoning ability. Could understand and use recommendation made by external specialists after measurement and test.
• Knowledge of risk analysis (impact on production and environment), ADAP, ISO 9000 and ISO 1400, TPM .
• Knowledge of tools for statistical analysis of incidents (ADAP, Down time reporting system, CORP monthly maintenance dash board.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Role:

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring optimum performance of industrial machinery and keeping with Company requirements and standards, ensuring personal safety to all employees.

Main Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF THE JOB

• Follow and measure equipment condition, analyse trend and identify the need of maintenance, taking into account production constrains.
• To analyse condition monitoring trend and generate maintenance W.O. for preventive action
• Identify need of maintenance as proactive step based on various inspection
• Prepare and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedule as per OEM recommendation and equipment characteristics.
• Prepare & Modify the master inspection plan of new equipment and existing equipment as per supplier manual
