Senior Engineer/ Junior Engineer will be recruited for CRM/ATM/Online CDM/Offline CDM/Cash Sorter Support Team, Technology Operations Dept.
Manage technology services that meet operational requirements in designated area(s) of the organization.
Provides technical leadership on a variety of highly specialized project-related activities requiring expertise in specific technical areas for core information technology systems and services.
Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients’ requirements & response to client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
Develop employees through proper training, promote teamwork, and foster open and effective communications.
Manage the software updates from principal as per requirement of the customers and principal and maintain ATMC running smoothly through testing before implementation.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Concept development, testing, product development and reengineering of existing products and services considering competitive scenario.
Departmental administration & operations management.
Performing other relevant tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
