With a vision to redefine luxury living, we are excited to launch our newest residential developments in the Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, featuring 02 basements and G+9 flooring and we have secured all the required approvals for the construction works from RAJUK and other relevant authorities. The projects have been designed by an internationally acclaimed architect. To bring this ambitious vision to life, we are seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Engineer with a proven track record in executing and delivering premium residential projects in prestigious areas such as Gulshan or Baridhara. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of these landmark developments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must be able to Execute & deliver top-notch premium residential projects in Gulshan & Baridhara.
- Lead the engineering team in the construction and execution of high-end residential projects.
- Oversee all phases of project development from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with international designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design and construction elements.
- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with all RAJUK and governmental regulations.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and vendors, to address project requirements and resolve any issues.
- Provide expert guidance on materials, methods, and equipment to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are strictly followed on-site.
Workplace: On-site (Baridhara Diplomatic Zone)Experience Requirements:
Experience Requirements:
- Proven track record in executing and delivering premium residential projects in prestigious areas such as Gulshan or Baridhara
- At least 10 years of experience in managing high-end residential projects.
- Previous experience with renowned companies such as Shanta Holdings Ltd. or Bay Developments is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Additional Requirements:
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
