To bring this ambitious vision to life, we are seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Engineer (Full Time / Consultant) with a proven track record in executing and delivering premium residential projects in prestigious areas such as Baridhara & Gulshan.
Only those who have completed and independently delivered high quality modern projects like B2+G+9 in Baridhara & Gulshan area are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must be able to Execute & deliver top-notch premium residential projects in Baridhara & Gulshan.
- Lead the engineering team in the construction and execution of high-end residential projects.
- Oversee all phases of project development from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with international designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design and construction elements.
- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with all RAJUK and governmental regulations.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and vendors, to address project requirements and resolve any issues.
- Provide expert guidance on materials, methods, and equipment to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are strictly followed on-site.
