Responsibilities & Context
- Must have practical knowledge about repairing and maintenance of sewing machine,
- Factory machines are to be serviced according the preventive maintenance calendar,
- Everyday 8-10 set sewing machines are to be serviced from each sewing floor,
- Make sure all machines are running without effecting of production with minimum downtime,
- Make sure to arrange the machinery according to layouts provide by IE,
- Make sure all critical machines set up are ready before line feeding,
- Ensure working area properly housekeeping like as 5S,
- Lead-motivate-train and appraise subordinates,
- Follow-up the supervisors and mechanics daily routine & their work action,
- Participation to PP meeting to identify the risk of all new style,
- Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies buyer requirements and laws of the land,
- Drive KAIZAN culture.
