Additional Requirements
- Minimum Bsc. in EEE or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years+ experience in Fire Solution Integration works· Candidate having certificate on NFPA 10, 11, 13, 14, 20, 72, 80, 101 will be preferred.
- Must have proper knowledge on NFPA & BNBC guidelines.· Experienced with assessment and design of facility life safety systems.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of life safety codes and standards.· Experienced with hydraulic calculations.
- Capable of interacting professionally with AHJs, clients, colleagues, and the general public.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office Suite beneficial.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, allocate, obtain, and review a project/ service’s costs. Understanding the project requirements and always need and be able to deliver a seamless project delivery operation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety policies, protocols, and procedures in compliance with local fire codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments and inspections of all facilities and premises to identify potential fire hazards and safety concerns.
- Making plan of project implementation according the customer requirement, maintain the project schedule, give the update of project growth with management and customers.
- Establishing the relevant knowledge of legislation according to products and processes, in particular Performance Monitoring, Health & Safety and Risk Assessments.
- Planning site visits and attending customer sites in order to maintain project completion timeline with a view to commercial efficiency and viability and customer satisfaction. This will include travel, stay away over night or – on very rare occasions – work at weekends as part of the 24/7 breakdown rotation, in which the successful candidate is expected to participate.
- Communicating regularly with product management, sales, pre-sales teams and assisting with lead generation and market intelligence· Candidate must have the detailed knowledge of fire detection, protection, suppression system products.
- Keeping up with Industry Trends: Staying updated on the latest fire safety technologies and industry advancements.
- Product Knowledge: Should have a deep understanding of the fire safety products, their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and answer customer inquiries regarding product capabilities, installation, integration and troubleshooting.
- Custom Solutions: Candidate should have capabilities to custom the solution (fire detection, protection, gas suppression system) with respect to customer & system requirement.
- Skills: Candidate must have knowledge about BNBC, NFPA, RSC installation guideline regarding fire detection, protection suppression systems etc.
- Technical Documentation: Candidate must have capabilities of prepare necessary technical documents for fire detection, protection suppression systems to meet the client requirement.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from potential customers to improve post=sales service and identify areas for improving.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team in closing deals by addressing technical concerns and objections from potential customers
