Responsibilities & Context
Air Ticket Reservation, visa processing and OTA expert.
Book, issue, reissue, refund, and void air tickets.
Must know visa processing.
Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email.
Communicate with clients over the phone.
Promote and market our services.
Stay updated on airline promotional offers.
Make sales calls.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Skills needed: Customer Service
Experience Requirements:
