Responsibilities & Context
- Maintains relationship with corporate clients (B2B), forecasting sales target and revenue
- Perform detail survey to selected area about business scope and revenue (geographic, demographic and socio-economic status)
- Offering expanded Public health (PH) services in society through Pharmacy retail settings and establish the retail pharmacy’s value as a healthcare resource
- Maintain relationship with prospective B2B clients and VIP customers
- Participate with Supply Chain Management about corporate PR
- Analyze and identify the business GAP and propose customer oriented suggestion
- Closely work with HR department for managing Pharmacy staff, training & skill development
- Identify the scope of new business in corporate sector to generate more profit for the organization
- Propose business opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels with clients and onboarding new supplier
- Communicate with GIS and DGDA for upgrading Trade License, Regulatory Affairs (RA) related activities, checking Pharmacovigilance (PV) report etc.
- Oversee the staff activities to ensure model pharmacy guidelines are strictly maintained during store operation as per DGDA and Aster DM Healthcare guidelines
- Ensures B2B sales, finding the opportunities of revenue on social marketing products, services and events
- Maintain relationship with Pharmaceutical, FMCGs, Cosmetics and Beauty care industry top management for profitable business opportunities
- Local community engagement through community mobilization. Creating awareness & arrange Public Health related campaign and services for “Immunization and Vaccination”
- Spending time in store whenever opportunity comes to gather in depth knowledge of Retail Pharmacy Chain operation in Bangladesh
