• Air Ticketing, Tourist and Umrah Visa Processing (IATA, GDS expert)
• Excellent with MS Word, excel, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good skills with air ticket booking, visa processing.
• Self-motivated, ability to prioritize, multi-tasking and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge about travel and tourism will be a plus point.
• Able to work under pressure, handle customer queries smartly.
• Call center, customer service, QC (Quality control) of customer service strong interpersonal skills.
