Requirements

Education

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• CA CC, Part -I qualified are preferable·
• Professional Degrees and relevant training are mandatory.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Freight forwarding, GSA

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 32 years

• Advanced Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Country regulatory applicable standards and relevant compliances.
• Excellent Communication skills in English.

Responsibilities & Context

• Assist in managing operational accounting and finance activities.
• Prepare and check various business activity reports.
• Communicate with parties for invoices, collection, and other relevant matters.
• Disburse direct payments, local payments, and vendor payments as well as deal with internal/external remittances efficiently.
• Maintaining Petty Cash.
• Handling day-to-day TAX/VAT matters of the business.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.
• Maintain an orderly filing system, both electronically and in hard copy for all accounting records.
• Collaborate with other members of the inter-departmental team to align processes, policies, and control with those of the group.
• Perform any other activity as and when required by Management.
