Responsibilities & Context
Job Description:
Niamah Food and Beverage Industries Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive, Accounts to assist in our financial department. The responsibilities of an Sr. Executive – Accounts include keeping financial records up-to-date, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily entry in Tally software and prepare daily report for top management.
- Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
- Check and prepare bills/vouchers of expenses and prepare the payment summary.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
- Preparation of vouchers, cheques, BEFTN letters, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure the accuracy of information.
- Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records maintenance through web-based software and manually.
- Coordinated with Vendors/Suppliers/ Management department for smooth functioning.
- Conduct the Accounts, Finance, VAT & TAX, Internal Controls, and Strategic Planning Functions.
- Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
- Daily follow-up, checking & reviewing of the accounting transactions.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
