Key Selling Points:

Sell apartment and commercial space, visit prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale. Assist in achieving business goal.

Job Responsibilities:

To generate new leads & potential clients.
To follow up every prospect time to time.
To convert leads into sales independently.
To find out new sort of idea to generate sale and also find out new idea for attraction to the customer.
To report to the team leader when & where required.
Fulfill monthly or quarterly sales target.
To perform any sorts of relevant job if assign by the management.
