Must have finishing material knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

Communication with client to meet up their requirement & delivery job on given time
Budget preparation and follow up for modification work as per requirement of the clients
To assist renovation works (as and when required at site)
Checking contractor’s bill for additional work
Visit sites with clients upon requirement
Follow up ongoing and pending client requests for interior or maintenance work (if any)
