Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Management (HRM) Manager to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus and a passion for people. This role will be instrumental in driving our company’s growth and success by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
    • Conduct regular workforce planning and analysis to identify talent gaps and future needs.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention:
    • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Develop and implement effective talent retention strategies to minimize turnover.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and promoting a positive work environment.
    • Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and insurance.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Implement a robust employee development program to support career growth.
  • HR Operations:
    • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, time and attendance, and HRIS.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Legal and Compliance:
    • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
    • Manage HR audits and risk assessments.
