Additional Requirements

At least 5-7 years merchandising experience preferably in a reputed buying office in Knits category.
Must have extensive experience of product development, sourcing of materials, costing, production tracking and execution of small/large volume orders, and various styles orders independently.
Must be knowledgeable of garments construction and costing, specifically Knit fabric properties, fabric printing, and surface applications (e.g., heat transfer, embroideries, screen-printing).

Should be able to handle an account / customer independently.
Able to manage from concept development to bulk order delivery.
Need to have a good track record in working with systems and experience in managing TNA.
Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Monitoring of Sampling/ Approval process.
Prepare the fabric consumption with marker and also prepare post consumption after bulk fabric received.
This consumption will be prepared with the help of sample in charge.
Perform other activities as assigned by senior authority.
Be able to set priorities, develop a work schedule, and monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information and activities.
Must have excellent computer skills especially in Excel and knowledge of ERP software.
Must have capability to arrange order place to factory with good price.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a team and contribute to team building environment and strong interpersonal and communication skill.
Understand and follow-up customer procedures for order execution.
