- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- CA CC will be preferred
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of related experience in a renowned corporate environment.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and update policies and manuals and monitor the implementation and compliance of the same
- Tax and VAT management including filling return and maintain liaison with the authorities
- Interface and handle external audit and Bangladesh Bank inspection team
- Follow up internal and external audit observations, monitor and drive corrective process
- Contribute to various projects- rights issue, CBS, annual reports, dividend accounts
- Review of BB reports and voluntary contribution
