Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our products/services.
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase customer acquisition.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to telesales executives, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Track team performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
