Education

Master in Business Administration (major in Human Resources) with high academic achievement from well reputed universities.

Experience

4 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Leasing

Additional Requirements

Must have at least 4 to 7 years working experience in the areas of training & development preferably with any reputed Bank/FI.
Candidates must have strong interpersonal and negotiating skills; strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent command over written and spoken English together with strong computer skills is essential.

Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for new and existing employees in collaboration with all functional supervisors/heads.

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs (including designing annual training calendar) in alignment with the TNA and organizational business objectives.
Develop training materials, modules & methodologies and aids of training manuals, presentation and handbooks etc.
Provide logistics supports for execution of training activities and maintain professional relationships with the internal/external trainers.
Implement assessment tools to get feedback for measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
Carry out any other jobs related to training, human resources management and development as assigned by the supervisor.
