Additional Requirements
- Age at most 35 years
- Must have at least 4 to 7 years working experience in the areas of training & development preferably with any reputed Bank/FI.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal and negotiating skills; strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent command over written and spoken English together with strong computer skills is essential.
Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for new and existing employees in collaboration with all functional supervisors/heads.
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs (including designing annual training calendar) in alignment with the TNA and organizational business objectives.
- Develop training materials, modules & methodologies and aids of training manuals, presentation and handbooks etc.
- Provide logistics supports for execution of training activities and maintain professional relationships with the internal/external trainers.
- Implement assessment tools to get feedback for measuring the effectiveness of training programs.
- Carry out any other jobs related to training, human resources management and development as assigned by the supervisor.
