Responsibilities & Context
A Group of companies based on Constructions, Agro and ICT industry is looking for immediate recruitment for Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager (Accounts & Finance and Internal Audit) who will be accountable for working in the Accounts & Finance department at project site and will be responsible for looking after the company’s accounting, financial, and operational activities.
- Record keeping and updating day-to-day financial transactions in manual cash Book, bank book, ledgers as well as in ERP and prepare concerned vouchers.
- Material movement register update and reconcile at project site.
- Daily fund requirement process, approval, payment process and reconcile.
- Processing of party payment, project advance, maintaining of party ledger, updating party file and time to time reconciliation thereof.
- Checking supplier bills and preparations of concerned vouchers through coordination with head office.
- Closely monitor project accounts, advance to project and advance adjustment on daily basis.
- Monitoring & submitting daily attendance, employee loan & advance adjustment.
- Daily fund requirement process, approval, payment process and reconcile.
- Documentation of all transactions and preserve for audit and tax compliance.
- Time to time site monitoring and checking project accounts, inventory, fixed assets etc.
- Ensuring timely and accurate month closing, year closing and reporting on ongoing projects.
- Any other task assigned by HO or higher management.
