Responsibilities & Context

Prepare budget as per requirements of the management of CHO, Dhanmondi House, Baridhara & Gulshan Flat, Hong Bao & BKR.
Planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction, repair, and maintenance projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget.
Preparing cost estimates, progress reports, and maintaining cost tracking records.
Collect quotation, prepare comparative statements, negotiate rates alongside with internal audit and take necessary management approval before work start.
Coordinating with and managing external contractors, inspecting their work for quality and compliance with plans and specifications.
Checking bills of contractors and facilitate timely payment with corresponding to accounts department.
Inspecting completed and in-progress work to ensure it meets all safety, regulatory, and design standards.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, or coordinating with external service providers to fix malfunctions.
Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance work, and repairs to identify potential problems.
Juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing needs, and managing schedules.
Ability to plan and execute projects independently.
Any other duties assigned by management as required.
