Education
- Minimum MBA/Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
Experience
- At least 5 years
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in HR from reputed organization with a minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Experience in multi-subsidiary or group companies is preferred.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HR software (SAP S/4 Hana in HCM will be preferred).
- Excellent communication skill in speaking, writing & email in both English & Bangla.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring with accuracy, speed and professionalism.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to present data-driven insights.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and process-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Responsibilities & Context
The selected individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the Group’s subsidiaries and business units. The incumbent will support manpower planning, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring coordination, and onboarding activities while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements. The role requires strong recruitment expertise, stakeholder coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring assignments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including requisition collection, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through professional communication and effective process management.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pool Management
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct headhunting and market mapping for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
3. Recruitment Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding recruitment progress.
- Assist in manpower planning and recruitment forecasting activities.
- Support HR leadership in fulfilling manpower requirements across all business units.
4. Recruitment Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, vacancy aging and selection ratios.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in analyzing recruitment trends and identifying areas for process improvement.
5. Recruitment Administration & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of job postings, candidate profiles, interview evaluations, and hiring documentation.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment formalities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Support onboarding activities and employee joining formalities.
6. Process Improvement
- Assist in implementing recruitment best practices and process improvements.
- Utilize HRIS, ATS and recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency.
- Stay updated on current recruitment trends, sourcing techniques and talent acquisition practices.
