Additional Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
Applicant should have minimum 03 years of work experience in Bakery product development.
Responsibilities & Context
- Have adequate knowledge of working with flavours, enzymes, cake emulsifiers and other basic food ingredients.
- Should have hands on experience in making bread, biscuit (soft & hard dough), cakes and puff pastry applications.
- Be able to make samples of above bakery product for sampling to customer.
- Conduct plant trials in customer’s lab/plant/bakery to promote our portfolio of bakery ingredients.
- Optimize formulations and process parameters for consistency and efficiency.
- Explore innovative ingredients, flavor profiles, and processing technologies.
- Perform sensory evaluations to assess product performance.
- Study market trends, competitor products and consumer preferences in bakery segments.
