Trading or Export/Import, Importer, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Indenting

Additional Requirements

Need to know how to prepare the Export/Import documents.
Should understand LC and LC related Banking terms.
Responsible for managing all commercial activities.
Prepare all commercial Import documents bills of exchange, commercial invoices, packing lists, Beneficiary certificates, shipping Bill etc. and other documents prepared for Buyer and Bank purpose.
Follow up of Export LC and submission of documents to bank and to the buyers.
Maintain & update all business documents on time.
Prepare necessary statements and reports in line with the management’s requirement.
Good skill interpersonal communication.
Should have at least 35 words typing speed per minute.

Decision making capabilities

Must be proficient in communication in both English and Bengali languages.

Must be Skilled in MS office applications

Should have capability to work under pressure

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Strong inter personal and communication skills
