Responsibilities & Context
Maintaining proper liaison with Audit Firm and custom audit regarding any observations.
Collaborating with audit personnel.
Take necessary initiatives to meet the audit file’s queries.
Maintaining Liaison with Bank Personnel.
Arrange Bank Certificates.
Arrange and follow up with Bank PRC.
Able to apply data in BGMEA software for BGMEA certificate.
Tracking Freight Forwarders.Assist in maintaining Export-Import documents.
Re-arranging Export-Import documents for incentive.
Maintaining Incentive Cash Flow Statement.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
