Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Law (LLB)

• Additional Certifications in areas like Compliance Management, Industrial Safety, or Environmental Regulation would also be advantageous.

Experience

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Textile, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Packaging Industry, Spinning, Food (Packaged)

Responsibilities & Context

• Vehicle Compliance & Documentation-
• BRTA: Handle car fitness, advance tax, tax token, road permits, new registrations, digital number plates, ownership changes, vehicle sale documentation, and engine changes.
• Car Insurance: Manage insurance claims and dismiss traffic cases.
• Trade & Business Licensing-
• Trade License: Issue new licenses, renewals, and amendments.Trademark Registration: Process new registrations and resolve trademark-related issues.Industrial
• Safety & Environmental Compliance-
• Fire & Kolkarkhana Licenses: Maintain fire safety and factory licenses.
• Boiler License: Oversee boiler licensing and renewals (for BSML & Blossom Food).
• Environmental Compliance (Poribesh): Conduct air/noise tests, handle certification renewals.BERC Certification: Ensure compliance with energy regulatory requirements.
• Government & Industrial Compliance-
• Bostro Registration (BIDA): Manage renewals, amendments, and related tasks.BIDA/BOI: Handle new registrations, AD-HOK, IRC, investment limit changes, and foreign employee permissions.
• Export & Import License (IRC & ERC): Oversee new license issuance, renewals, and amendments (limit, address, name changes).
• Quality, Testing & Certification-
• BSTI: Obtain and renew licenses. Testing & Analysis: Conduct testing for food/raw materials (WFP/GOB compliance) and construction materials (BUET).
• Calibration: Calibrate equipment (digital scales, moisture machines) as per WFP/GOB standards.
• BUET Inspections: Arrange BUET inspections and secure custom-certified copies.
• Memberships & Customs-
• BAPA Membership: Manage new and renewed memberships.Customs Certification: Obtain import certifications for machinery and spare parts.
