Summary

Education

Master’s in any discipline preferably Master of Business Administration (MBA) from any reputed University.

Experience

At least 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience in Compliance Management with large Aparel Industry.
Fair knowledge on ISO 9001 & ISO 45001.
Knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP & C-TPAT, Oeko-tex audit.
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Regular follow up social compliance, health and safety issues in the factory
Keep the factory ready for any kind of audit (Social Compliance audit & Technical Audit)
Ensure all type of compliance in the factory as per buyer requirement
Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyer requirements and provide necessary documents to full fill the audit requirements and prepare corrective action plan against the non-conformities.
Conduct awareness program among the employees and workers on health & safety issues.
Maintain, follow up & track the validity of licenses and certificates as per regulatory compliance;
Ensure having personal safety/protective equipment’s for workers, where required.
Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer’s requirements, adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
