Additional Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a Senior position in any life insurance or relevant industry.

Working experience in Corporate/Group Insurance Sales (B2B) is preferred.
Strong communication & negotiation skills, Knowledge of insurance products & IDRA regulations.
Ability to analyze corporate risk profiles. Sales-driven mindset with a target-oriented approach.
Identify potential corporate clients, SMEs, factories, banks, and other organizations for group insurance.
Build and maintain relationships with CEO, CFOs, executives, and decision-makers of companies.
Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve business targets.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitor analysis.
Explain policy benefits, premium structures, and claim processes to clients.
Prepare quotations and proposals based on company size and risk assessment.
Negotiate premium rates, coverage, and terms with corporate clients with keeping focus on competitors.
Work closely with the actuarial and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, documentation, and renewals.
