Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Diploma
  • Candidates with a B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture who possess strong corporate sales acumen will receive high preference.

Experience

    • 4 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Additional Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of proven experience in Corporate B2B Sales.
  • Direct experience selling building materials, architectural glass, aluminum profiles, elevator systems, or premium interior solutions is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional corporate grooming, interpersonal skills, and persuasive communication abilities in both English and Bangla.
  • Strong network/existing relationships within the real estate and architectural communities in Bangladesh.
  • Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings/blueprints to estimate glass volume and technical requirements.
  • Proficient in creating professional corporate proposals and handling advanced MS Excel for sales forecasting.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Formulate and execute corporate sales strategies to secure high-volume tempered glass orders for commercial buildings, high-rises, and major infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain direct institutional relationships with Real Estate Developers, Corporate Procurement Managers, Chief Architects, Interior Designers, and General Contractors.
  • Conduct high-level corporate presentations and pitch customized glass solutions (e.g., structural glazing, double-glazed units, tempered glass facades, acoustic glass).
  • Lead negotiation processes regarding corporate pricing, credit terms, project timelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with the factory production manager and technical team to ensure that corporate client specifications and delivery schedules are flawlessly met.
  • Track major upcoming commercial project tenders and proactively submit corporate bids/quotations.
  • Provide mentorship and strategic direction to the Sales Executive team to help close complex B2B deals.
