Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems, generators, substations, switchgear, and HVAC facilities across all outlets.
- Prepare BOQ, project budgets, and cost analysis for new outlet projects and renovation works.
- Manage approval documents, comparative statements (CS), and work orders for equipment procurement.
- Monitor electricity consumption, verify utility bills, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Supervise electrical maintenance teams and coordinate daily operational activities.
- Execute new outlet projects according to design specifications and ensure successful handover.
- Troubleshoot electrical and HVAC issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate installation, servicing, and maintenance of generators, substations, and switchgear systems.
- Manage vendor relationships, verify bills, and ensure quality service delivery.
- Support audit requirements and maintain compliance with organizational and statutory standards.
- Procure authentic electrical equipment.
- Basic skills in AutoCAD design.
