Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise and monitor the preventive and Proactive Maintenance of Process, Analytical & R&D equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance, electrical & electronic maintenance of Process, Analytical and R&D equipment.
- Supervise and monitor Engineering project activities with time to time tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, BOQ, URS, Technical Evaluation, installation, commissioning and qualification.
- Prepare and maintain Project documentations such as Gantt Chart, budget, project profile, Project report, Layouts, etc.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, cross-functional departments for smooth execution of projects.
- Drafting in AUTOCAD for preparing project related layouts/ designs.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables for maintenance.
- Installation, commission and qualification of new machineries and facilities.
- Ensure availability of information throughout the management ladder.
- Maintain compliance documents (SOP, IQ, and OQ, PQ, Machine review report, URS, etc).
- Adhere to the QMS activities for raising/ closing Change Control, RA, Deviation, CAPA, etc. on-time.
- Participate in qualification & requalification works.
- Perform engineering activities as per GMP, GDP and GEP.
