Supervise and monitor the preventive and Proactive Maintenance of Process, Analytical & R&D equipment.
Conduct troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance, electrical & electronic maintenance of Process, Analytical and R&D equipment.
Supervise and monitor Engineering project activities with time to time tracking and reporting.
Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, BOQ, URS, Technical Evaluation, installation, commissioning and qualification.
Prepare and maintain Project documentations such as Gantt Chart, budget, project profile, Project report, Layouts, etc.
Coordinate with stakeholders, cross-functional departments for smooth execution of projects.
Drafting in AUTOCAD for preparing project related layouts/ designs.
Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables for maintenance.
Installation, commission and qualification of new machineries and facilities.
Ensure availability of information throughout the management ladder.
Maintain compliance documents (SOP, IQ, and OQ, PQ, Machine review report, URS, etc).
Adhere to the QMS activities for raising/ closing Change Control, RA, Deviation, CAPA, etc. on-time.
Participate in qualification & requalification works.
Perform engineering activities as per GMP, GDP and GEP.
