Responsibilities & Context
- Manage Factory ERP and Business application support.
- Communicate with developers to ensure that functional requirements can be met technically & within specific timelines.
- Analyze the requirements of end users, test and integrate applications.
- Provide support to end users, investigate data discrepancies, and application errors, and propose modification and enhancement of existing applications to improve operation process.
- Understand and prepare MIS reports for business as per requirement.
