Responsibilities & Context
As a Senior Executive/Executive – Business Development at Kabir Dynamics, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase company revenue.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Prepare regular reports and updates on business development activities and results.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
