Responsibilities & Context
- To make capacity study, Follow-Up Study, and Time & Motion Study.
- Line Lay-out, Balancing, Problem Identification and Solution, Line Target, Manpower and Machine Budget.
- Coordinate with Production & planning Team to ensure best productivity.
- Operators’ skill test (both current and new) Train up and guide juniors Ensuring the budgeted manpower allotted at each operations in line.
- Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & calculate Man power & Machinery.
- Monitor the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine Overtime & loss time report prepared.
- Updating the SMV data base & method improvement.
- To monitoring All IE & Planning activities.
- Ensure breakdown and layout.
- Conduct 5’S Audit & campaign
