Responsibilities & Context

• Block wise manpower balancing & accurate daily target setting
• Identify bottleneck and aligning accurate methods to improve the capacity
• Check machine layout diagrams and make correction
• Line feeding follow up to ensure zero feeding
• Monitor hourly production to ensure daily target
• Monitoring loss time and take corrective action
• Block wise weekly plan preparation
• Organize and conduct weekly feeding meeting
• Maintain skill inventory and verify production bonus accuracy
• Check capacity study and SMV correction where applicable
