Senior Executive/ Executive – IE

A reputed 100% Compliance, RMG Knit factory is looking for potential candidates as Executive (Industrial Engineering Department).

• Based on garment sketches or samples, analyze the garment, work out the operations breakdown and provide the targeted CMT to the Costing department.
• Ensure the style is developed is made in consideration of optimization, cost reduction.
• Implement and sustain the effective works methods and systems at the factories to improve productivity levels and facilitate production processes.
• Consider best practices and latest technology.
• Advise on guides / templates / jigs that can be used to improve efficiency.
• Participate in meetings and share technical related issues raised by factory production team.
• Monitor relevant production parameters and take actions to ensure a smooth flow of production.
• Set up a monitoring process to ensure performance improvement.
• Study factory production capacity and efficiency.
• Study the production process and assessment efficiency of the operator.
• Provide the opportunity to achieve maximum results with minimum effort.
• Calculate thread, Elastic and all measurable accessories consumption.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the authority.
