Responsibilities & Context

Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT hardware infrastructure, including servers, networks, and peripherals.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance.
Manage and administer software systems used for various MIS functions, including attendance tracking, inventory management, and data analysis.
Ensure that software applications are properly configured, updated, and maintained.
Provide user support and training for software systems as needed.
Coordinate graphics and design projects for marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Liaise with internal teams or external agencies to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and standards.
Oversee the generation and maintenance of attendance punch reports for employees.
Monitor attendance data and identify trends or discrepancies for further analysis.
Implement processes to improve accuracy and efficiency in attendance tracking.
Assist in managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
Support legal counsel and external agencies in IP registrations, renewals, and enforcement activities.
Maintain records and documentation related to IP assets.
Analyze data from various sources to generate reports and insights for management decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to monitor business operations.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization based on data analysis.
Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers for IT hardware, software, and graphics services.
Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms with vendors.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed-upon standards.
