Requirements

Education

  • Bachelors in English from any reputed university (Masters is optional) or,
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from reputed University (MBA with major in International Business will get priority).

Experience

  • Job Context: Integra Solutions Ltd is inviting applications to fill the position of Senior Executive for its Head Office at Dhaka. Under overall guidance and supervision of the senior management, she will carry out all the assignments and other related functions for business time to time.

Job Description

  • Manage all business communication (internal, local, and international) including emails and all other documents of the company.
  • Supervise administrative staffs to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Perform all kinds of Human Resource Management functions of the company.
  • Support teams by extending all sorts of assistance including administration and business communication.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments and ensure the meetings are successful.
  • Preparing documents for meetings and business trips. Also, take meeting notes for persuading subsequent action points.
  • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams and senior managements.
  • Prepare, modify, and finalize documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Ensure all kinds of documents are dispatched and received well in time.
  • Update database and track projects and media exposure.
  • Facilitate effective internal and external communications and Maintain calendars and appointments.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
  • Visit projects with the foreigners and teams.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the senior management.
