  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and technology, with experience in implementing and optimizing financial software.
  • Experience in the fashion retail industry or a similar fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Finance to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership and direction for the company’s financial operations, ensuring alignment with Torr’s overall business objectives.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports, in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, implementing effective risk management strategies and internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.
  • Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and liquidity management, including monitoring cash flow projections, managing working capital, and overseeing investment strategies.
  • Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives to enhance profitability and operational performance.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, investors, and external partners, to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Financial Systems and Technology: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and technology to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities.
