We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Finance to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership and direction for the company’s financial operations, ensuring alignment with Torr’s overall business objectives.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports, in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, implementing effective risk management strategies and internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.
- Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and liquidity management, including monitoring cash flow projections, managing working capital, and overseeing investment strategies.
- Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives to enhance profitability and operational performance.
- Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, investors, and external partners, to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Financial Systems and Technology: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and technology to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities.
