Requirements
Education

Responsibilities & Context
1. Financial Management:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.·
2.Commercial Activities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive sales and profitability.·
3.Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and compliance requirements.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls.·
4.Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and commercial team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
